United Ground Services
Current Position
Mgr ‐ Facilities Planning UGE
Professional Summary
I am currently employed with United Airlines as Manager Facility Design and Construction with United Ground Express. These past 5 years has provided me broad experience with a variety of venues, equipment and personnel. During my time with United I have worked closely with AO ﴾Airport Operations﴿ and CRE ﴾Corporate Real Estate design and construction﴿ on over 130 projects to include station startup / transition, Co‐locations, terminal moves, facility projects and hub refreshes. This includes considerable time spent integrating Continental and United Airlines, as well as support of the global network through site visits, contractor walk through and remote installations, upgrades and repairs. A major objective recently has been to adapt United employee standards to all of the United Ground Express out stations to ensure the growth and stable structure of the company.
I bring a strong sense of pride and professionalism to my work. My experience at United has provided opportunities to work with cross functional teams and lead on projects such as United club renovations, Co‐locations, IDF/MDF installations, new station startup, new terminal builds, ticket counter and gate moves, station transitions ﴾UGE﴿, decommissions, network migrations, environmental builds, and ORD Hub projects to include AAPS‐SAPS‐VDGS.
As a result of working within the Airline, Resort/Clubs, and the restaurant business I have learned how to achieve the best results by creating a positive team environment and support structure, being an effective manager while fulfilling multiple budgets and accounting roles to accommodate positive guest experiences.
Due to my project management, customer service experience and financial capabilities, I am confident that I am the perfect candidate for United Ground Express Corporate Real Estate team. I pride myself on my reputation as a hands‐on manager with the highest integrity and work ethic.
